how to hard reset hisense u964 or u962 2019

if you ever forget the password, pin or pattern of your phone, you will need to hard reset your phone which will reset your phone to factory setting. if you hard reset this phone you are going to delete all your data on the phone internal memory. if you are hard resetting your phone because you cannot remember how to unlock it, it means you are not going to be able to backup your data before you reset the phone.

after resetting the phone you might be requested to enter the login details of the google account that was used on the phone before you reset the phone. i you no longer remember the details maybe because you have not used the phone for a long time or you bought the phone from someone and now you cannot get hold of the person, drop us a new question using the ask box on top. 

instructions 

1. Switch off the phone and wait for a while until the phone is completely off.
2. press and hold the power button for one second the press volume down button without releasing the power button. release the power button if the screen start to boot
3. after 5 seconds release also the volume down button. the phone will boot to recover.
4. use the volume down button to scroll down to the "wipe data/factory reset" option and tap the power button to select.
5. use volume down to scroll to "yes" and tap power button to select.
6. now the phone will format all user data and return to recovery mode. tap power button to select the current selected option.
