How to hard reset the Premio p400

HOW TO HARD RESET THE PREMIO P400 MOBILE PHONE
ONE MY CELLPHONE REPAIR SHOP I RECIEVED A MOBILE PHONE WITH AN UNKNOWN PATTERN. IT WAS THE PREMIO P400 MOBILE PHONE. I TRIED COUPLE OF STEPS THAT WORKS ON OTHER ANDROID DEVICE, LIKE SAMSUNG, LG, SONY, VODAFONE, MOBICEL, AG MOBILE AND MONY MORE. ALL THOSE STEP DID NOT WORK. BUT I FINALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO RESET THIS PREMIO P400 ANDROID PHONE USING ITS PHYSICAL KEYS ( VOLUME UP, VOULME DOWN AND POWER BUTTON ). FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BELOW AND YOU CAN SOLVE THE PATTERN, PASSORD, PIN AND ALL PROBLEMS THAT NEEDS HARD RESET.
STEP 1. ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE MOBILE DEVICE HOLD DOWN THE VOLUME DOWN BUTTON AND THE POWER BUTTON.
STEP 2. THIS COMBINATION WILL TAKE YOU TO THE RESET MENU THAT LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE RESET MENU THAT WE ALL KNOW. SEE THE PICTURE BELOW
STEP 3. USE THE VOLUME DOWN TO SCROLL DOWN THE MENU AND USE THE VOLUME UP TO SELECT OR ENTER. SCROLL DOWN TO "RESTORE FACTORY" AND USE VOLUME UP AS THE SELECT BUTTON.

STEP 4. YOU WILL SEE AND ANDROID SCREEN FOLLOWED BY THE PREMIO BOOT LOGO. 
STEP 5. AFTER THE PREMIO BOOT SCREEN A SETUP SCREEN WILL SHOW UP, FOLLOW THE SETUP INSTRUCTION THEN YOU ARE DONE RESETING YOUR DEVICE.

    android screen appears only, no option to reset so any other advice pls?

    Hi Sylvester, no luck with those 2 buttons also man...vol down + power buttons brings me to premio start up screen then an android that shows about 0.5 seconds, disappear again and after another 20+ seconds, while still pressing down those 2 buttons, the android screen appears again but nothing happens, even though I pressed ALL available buttons... It just reboot again after a while. When I connect it to my PC it states that the USB device is not recognized. What now bru?

      Hi. When you see the android screen release all the button. Then tap power button, volume down , volume up at once until it shows a recovery menu.

    P.S...what software do I need to connect this Premio to my desktop on which windows 7 ultimate is running because it shows "usb device not recognized" when I connect it to my pc?

    Hi i got a premio p400 from a friend that was reset. i tried to put my info in but it jsut gives me the welcome screen and then the select wifi screen. it does not select any wifi and it also does not want to connect to the internet. so i cant load any new info.

    last nite i got the phone till it ask for my google acc but did not want to load a new acc. Kept asking for the old acc that was linked to phone. i tried to hard reset phone but that also does not want to work. Phone just keeps going on and off. tried using both volume up and down buttons
