How to hard reset hurricane beam

Hi. To hard reset the phone please follow the given instructions below, make sure you follow the instructions carefully and remember that you will lose all the data stored on the device storage after resetting your hurricane beam because you will be deleting all the user data.

1. Press and hold the power button and select “shut down” or “power off” to switch off the device.
2. No wait until the phone is completely off.
3. Press and hold power button and volume down for 10 seconds to enter recovery menu of the phone. If the combination of volume down and power button does not do, please use volume up and power button. Release only the power button.
4. Release the volume down button when you see the recovery menu.
5. Use the volume down key to scrolll down to “wipe data/factory reset”
6. Use power button to select the option.
7. Scroll down to yes and tap power button to select the “yes” option
8. Now select “reboot system now” using the power button.

Done, if it means the phone was locked, now it is fine.
