If you ever forget the password of your device and you are locked out of you phone it's a very serious problem because you will not be able to use the very important features of the phone. you will only be able to make emergency calls and check time. so to unlock the password pattern or PIN on your phone if you forgot how they go you will need to hard reset the phone using the physical keys on the side of the phone. the physical keys on the phone are the volume down button volume up button and the power button.

First of all you need to switch off your phone by pressing and holding the power button until the power menu pops up and then tap the shutdown option and wait until the phone is fully shut down.
Now we need to put the phone into recovery mode. press and hold the power button and the volume down button. one the device starts to boot release only the power button.
