HOW TO FLASH THE VODAFONE VFD 100

Today we gonna talk about how to flash the Vodafone vfd 100. The Vfd 100 is almost the same as the Vodafone vf685, is just that the vfd runs a better android version as it runs android 5.0 which is the android lollipop. This model is user friendly the its brother, the Vodafone vfd200 also known as the Vodafone smart kocka 2.

To flash this model you will need some few things, because the reason to flash a mobile phone is because it bricked or you are trying to remove the privacy protection pin. A bricked phone means the software of the device is corrupt and it needs to be reinstalled using the flash tool called the smartphone flash tool (SP tool). You can only run this sp -tool on your computer.

Go here and download a virus free ROM guaranteed to work on your mobile phone. You can download the the sp-tool here. You will also need driver so that the computer can recognise you Vodafone vfd 100. Download the drivers here, these drivers will work for all Vodafone device. Once you have all of this on your computer then you are ready to flash.

Go to the folder where you downloaded everything, extract the Vodafone vfd 100 Rom. Extract the so tool if it is inside a zip folder. Now open the extracted so tool folder and double click the green file named flash. Click the "load scatter file" button. Navigate to the extracted ROM folder and double click the only file that appears. Umcheck the preloaded on the list of files to be loaded.

Switch off the phone and connect a USB cable only to the computer. Now click download then connect the phone to the USB cable. You will get a device detection sound and after few seconds you will see a red bar that will be followed by a yellow bar. After the yellow bar has finished loading, your Vodafone vfd 100 is flashed.
