Share it, friend not found or receiver not found

Shareit is an app that is used to share media files, documents, apps or even text using WiFi connection between two devices. This is almost the same as Bluetooth, its just that this one is much faster than Bluetooth as its transfer speed can reach 5mb per second. Now sharing files has been made easy with share it. Though shareit works better on android devices because on android you can also share your user apps. With windows, tizen and iPhone it is hot yet possible.

The most common problem face by Shareit is " No receiver found" meaning the person you are trying to send the file to, cannot be found. Today I'm going to give you the solution to this problem. There are few things that you need to check before you try to use shareit on your phone.

Now let's look at the two device, the sender and the receiver. Make sure both devices support WiFi. Make sure both device are running the same platform or operating system. You can not send files from windows phone to an android phone, the sharing codes are not the same.

If you cannot find the device you are trying to send to, this is what you must do on the receiving device.

4. Portable hotspot
5. Use the switch on top of the screen to enable WiFi portable hotspot.

Now the phone is ready to receive.
