How to unlock a blacklisted android smartphone

Today I will explain to you how you can unlock a blacklisted android smartphone in less that 20 minutes. A blacklisted phone is a phone that is no longer accepted by the gsm network, you can never make or receive any phone call, you can only make WhatsApp, skype, Hangout call but the Sim slot is useless. Since we all know that phone get blacklisted after they got stolen or reported lost. Someone can sell you a blacklisted phone on an online shop or on the street without telling you that the phone is blacklisted.
To unlock a blacklisted phone is illegal if you stole someone's phone and attempt to unlock it after the owner blacklisted the phone. Today I will explain to you how you can unlock a blacklisted android smartphone using free application that can be downloaded from google play store. These instructions will work on all android smartphone and all android tablets running all different version of android.
Instructions
First of all you will need to get your device connected to WiFi. Download the kingo root apk here. You will need this application to root most device but it will not root any Samsung device. I have tasted it on the following devices: Huawei, Lg, Sony, Hisens, Sansui, Vodafone, Proline, Acer and lot more. You will need a rooted device to complete this process. Download Chamelephon app from google play store.

Open the kingo root app and root your device. Now that you have rooted your device, launch the chamelophon app that you have downloaded from the googo play store, tap generate then tap apply. Now rastart your phone with a simcard inside and enjoy your unlocked device
