First of all you need to switch off your phone because we need to switch on the phone and the phone must boot into recovery so we can be able to access the hard reset option from the. press and hold the power button and the power menu will pop up then tap the shutdown option to shutdown the phone purity
You will need to use a combination of two keys to boot the phone into recovery mode. you can start by pressing and hold the power button for 1 second then press and hold volume up button. Release only the power button when the phone start to boot and release the volume up button when the phone enter recovery mode.
now that the phone is in the recovery mode use the volume down button to scroll down to “wipe data/ factory reset” then tap the power button to select the highlighted option.
Now on the next step you need to use the volume down button to scroll down to the yes option and tap the power button to select the option.
The phone will format or delete all user data and return to the home menu of the recovery mode. tap the power button to select the already highlighted option “reboot system now”
You have finished with the hard reset process and now the phone will restart and boot normally to the Google frp verification screen that's where you need to enter the login details of the Google account that was used on the phone before you hard reset the phone but if you did not use any Google account on your phone you can simply click on the skip button.
