MOBICEL VX20 UNLOCK THE FORGOTTEN PASSWORD, PIN OR PATTERN BY HARD RESET

 to hard reset the mobicel vx20 it means you are deleting all the user data that has been stored on the device internal storage of the phone. this means that all your music, videos, pictures will be deleted and you will not be able to recover the deleted data once the hard reset process. so far there is no method that can be applied to backup your data before hard reset if it means you have forgotten your password, pattern or pin.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. First you need to power off your Mobicel V20 smartphone by pressing the power button and select the power off option from the given options.
2. Press and hold volume up+power button until the phone boot to recovery mode.
3. Use the volume down button to scroll down to "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" and tap the power button to select.
4. Next use the volume down button to scroll down to "yes" and tap power button to select. the device will start to delete all the data that was stored on the internal storage of the Mobicel VX20 then return to the Recovery Mode home screen. 
5. Select the "Reboot System Now" by tapping the power button. the phone will reboot to the device setup screen where you can personalise your phone.
