DATA CONNECTION
Mobile data connection allows you to connect to the internet and use your browser, whatsapp, facebook or your twitter applications. Without the data connections you will only be able to make phone call, send sms and mms. Smartphones come with enable/disable option. One day i switched off my data connection, in the morning i wanted use internet so i enabled my data connection, but it remained grayed. i went via the settings but the connection wouldn't enable. But after struggling for sometime, i finally found a solution so i want to share with you. please follow the steps given carefully.
1. go to your settings
2. tap ''more''
3. Now tap ''mobile network''
4. Tap ''access point name''
5. After tapping the ''access point name'', it will take you to a blank page, tap the option button and select add new APN.
