1. Hold down the volume down button and keep it held down.

2. While the volume down button still held down, press the power button to switch on the phone.

3. Release all the button when the menu appears.

4. Using volume down, scroll to "emmc" and tap the power button once to select the option.

5. Your phone will delete all data and reboot. Done!!!
