How to remove password, pattern or pin on your Hisense U601s smartphone

Today I will show you how to reset your Hisense u601s in case you want to remove an unknown password, pattern or pin. The Hisense u601s smartphone is an android smartphone running the android is, is an upgrade of the well known Hisense u601. The Hisense u601s has better performance, better quality and a better look, it also runs android 5.0 which is the android lollipop. The instructions of removing the password, patter or pin on your Hisense u601 will not work on the Hisense u601s that's why I'm giving instructions on how to hard reset your Hisense u601s.
I hope the phone you want to hard reset is not a stole phone because we don't give these instructions to assist thieves. We want to help people who forgot their unlocking details or maybe you bought a second hand phone and the owner forgot to remove the lock. Once you hard reset an android device running android 5.0+, you will be asked for a google account once you have finished and trying to setup your phone so make sure you remember your google login details if you don't remember, you can visit google support and recover your email and password.
Follow carefully the instructions below because hard resetting the Hisense u601s smartphone is not the same as hard resetting most android phones, This one has a quicker method of resetting, but if you just want to reset your smartphone to factory settings you can simply use soft reset. Soft reset cannot be used to remove password, pattern or pin because you will need to go to your phone setting. Bit I will also give you soft reset instructions as well.
Remember to backup your data because reset your smartphone will delete all the files stored on the device memory. You can copy tour file to an external storage such as a memory stick or your computer and restore the file back to your phone after you have finished resetting. All reset method will delete everything, there still no reset method that keeps user file on a locked android smartphone.

Soft reset method

1. Tap the menu button to open the app drawer.
2. Tap your settings icon to access the settings.
3. On your settings scroll down and tap "backup and reset".

Hard reset method

STEP 1. ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE MOBILE DEVICE HOLD DOWN THE VOLUME DOWN BUTTON AND THE POWER BUTTON.
STEP 2. THIS COMBINATION WILL TAKE YOU TO THE RESET MENU THAT LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE RESET MENU THAT WE ALL KNOW. SEE THE PICTURE BELOW
STEP 3. USE THE VOLUME DOWN TO SCROLL DOWN THE MENU AND USE THE VOLUME UP TO SELECT OR ENTER. SCROLL DOWN TO "RESTORE FACTORY" AND USE VOLUME UP AS THE SELECT BUTTON.
